I’ve always loved fossils! They’re records of once living beings millions of years ago!

Heliophora are a family of sand dollars found presently in West Africa. They were from the family Rotulidae and are found in the strata dating from the Late Miocene period onward, 11.6 million years ago!

To incorporate them into my jewelry is a way of declaring their preciousness and flaunting their natural beauty
